Biography

Lloyd Gregory is the Director of the KCL-GSTT Joint Research Office (JRO). The role of the JRO is to add-value by driving and creating efficiencies that enhance the initiation and delivery of translational and clinical research across the two organisations.

Lloyd re-joined King’s in 2024. He brings with him over two decades of experience and expertise in academic and NHS research management from within Greater Manchester’s Academic Health Science and Innovation System. During his time in Manchester, Lloyd was the Operational Lead for the University of Manchester’s £3.6m Wellcome funded Translational Partnership Award (TPA) designed to unblock bottlenecks to research translation. Lloyd was also the Education and Training Lead for Manchester’s Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC).

Lloyd holds a PhD in Psychology and Neuroimaging from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London.
