Lisa Adams joined King’s in October 2024 as Interim Vice President (People & Talent)/Chief People Officer. She has over three decades of senior leadership experience in large, global and complex organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

After an early career in the education sector, Lisa spent fifteen years in Professional Services with global consultancy Accenture, followed by talent and organisational development roles in two FTSE 100 FS companies, before working on a leadership and transformation programme for the Church of England.

More recently, she has been the Group HR Director for the Department of the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra), a director in the Cabinet Office and Interim Executive Chief People Officer for Mid-South Essex NHS Integrated Care Board.
