Biography
Laura Hinton sits on the King's Business School Advisory Council, and previous was an Executive Fellow at King's Business School.
Laura Hinton is a member of PwC’s UK Management Board, where she holds the position of Tax Leader, which includes leadership of PwC UK’s Tax, Legal and People and Organisation practices. Laura has over 25 years experience as a business consultant, specialising in HR and Workforce transformation, operating model programmes and culture change.
Laura is also Chair of PwC’s EMEA Executive team, responsible for setting and executing PwC’s EMEA Cluster strategy, covering 115 countries and over 120,000 people.
Prior to taking on her roles, Laura was PwC UK’s Chief People Officer, and a member of the Executive Board for six years, where she was also responsible for the Firm’s overall Transformation Programme and leading on the External Reputation and Communications agenda.
She has been a partner in PwC since 2006 and continues to advise clients on complex people,transformation and culture change programmes.
Laura graduated from King's College London with a 1st Class Business Management degree, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Prior to joining PwC, she was a Partner at BDO, where she established and led the HR Consultingteam, following a number of years in the Audit practice.
She is also an active member of the Heart of the City Leadership Council.
