Biography
Kim joined the Faculty after 30 years of experience in the NHS in a number of roles including Executive Director of Nursing and Operations at South West London and St Georges Mental Health Trust. Currently, she leads the MSc Mental Health Nursing programme and runs the post-qualification Masters level module ‘Leadership: current debates, challenges and managing change’. She is particularly interested in advancing holistic and integrated care for people with mental health problems and has taught programmes for Adult and Children’s nurses on mental health care. Kim also acts as academic advisor to programmes run by the Faculty for Executive Nurses from China and is the Faculty link with Central and North West London and West London Mental Health NHS Trusts. Kim specialises in healthcare policy, quality improvement and leadership.
