Khayar Hassan Salim Al Ansi is a PhD student in HRM & Employment Relations at King's Business School.
Her research focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence and algorithmic HR management on employee well-being and autonomy, with the goal of enhancing workplace practices in Oman and beyond. Her study explores how AI can be leveraged to balance efficiency with worker empowerment, particularly in hierarchical labor markets.
Her work aligns with Oman’s Vision 2040 and contributes to global discussions on ethical AI adoption, inclusive HR practices, and sustainable workforce policies, supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 8: Decent Work & SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities).
