Katie Vinen is a Consultant Kidney doctor at King’s College Hospital where she leads the advanced kidney care service but also works across haemodialysis, supportive care and non-transplant immunology. Working across multiple sites, King’s serves one of the most deprived and culturally diverse populations in the country necessitating varied and innovative approaches to kidney care many of which are highlighted in this conference. Katie is also President Elect of the United Kingdom Kidney Association.
