Biography
Joshua always been passionate and involved in sport, fitness and personal development. Started football at young age in France, went through professional academy club and later on a Senior career in Semi-professional clubs and France and England before starting working as a Fitness coach.
His experience has given him the opportunity to learn that lasting results come from hard work, consistency and patience. Joshua is absolutely committed to provide for you the training you need using various techniques, coupled with ongoing advice and support in order to achieve your fitness goal and become the best version of yourself.
