Biography
Jiedi is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist conducting research on social anxiety in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Prior to her clinical training she completed a PhD at the University of Bath and a Postgraduate Clinical Research Fellowship in Translational Developmental Neuroscience at the Yale Child Study Center.

I serve as the Co-Chair for Student and Trainee Committee for International Society for Autism Research (since 2020 to date).
I have been a member of Student and Trainee Committee for International Society for Autism Research (INSAR) since 2017, and was the initiative leader for INSAR Institute in 2019 and 2020.

Translational Mental Health and Autism Group
The Translational Mental Health and Autism Group is led by Dr Matthew Hollocks. The group focuses on understanding the mechanisms of poor mental health in autism. We aim to use this knowledge to improve clinical care and develop better treatments for common co-occurring conditions such as anxiety and depression.
