Biography

Jess supports the consistent delivery of frontline services that enhance the experience of individuals from across the King’s community and support our Education and Research Strategies. She proactively engages L&C teams with sharing and applying good practice in enquiry management and the gathering of customer feedback. She works closely with our Service Development Managers to identify and implement improvements to enquiry handling processes. 

She joined King’s in 2021 after working in programme and admissions management at LSE and Bayes Business School.

Jess was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of 31 and is passionate about supporting neurodivergent colleagues to help them achieve their full potential. You are welcome to ask her anything about ASD; she’d love to infodump about it.
