Jennine Bentley is the Associate Director of Stakeholder Engagement, Research Management & Innovation, King’s College London. In this role she is primarily responsible for leading on the development and deployment of change communications strategies for major directorate-led digital transformation projects benefitting the research community at King’s. This includes advising senior leadership of the most appropriate engagement strategies and working across organisational silos to motivate staff to engage with change.

Jennine joined King's in 2020 to support the deployment of research grants management system, Worktribe across King’s estate, developing an approach that supported stakeholders to adopt change in ways best suited to their needs.

An experienced Communications expert, over 20 years of internal and change communications experience has been gained within higher education, a global healthcare retailer and global blue chip telecoms organisations.
