Hugh joined the Policy Institute in 2024 as Digital Communications Officer. In this role, Hugh works across digital channels and outputs to maximise the impact of the Policy Institute’s work.

Hugh’s previous experiences include managing the communications at a leading Welsh Think Tank, supporting GP patients as a social prescriber, and spending 5 years producing community arts projects across the UK.

Hugh has an MA degree in Playwrighting from Goldsmiths University and trained in Fine Art at Central St. Martins.
