Biography

Dr Hongbin Liu obtained his PhD in 2010 from King's College London. He founded and has been leading the Haptic Mechatronics and Medical Robotics Laboratory (HaMMeR). His research focus on designs robots with advanced haptic perception and interaction capabilities to address unmet needs in medicine, enabling safer and more effective diagnosis and treatment.
