Biography
Holly Andrew is a Strategic Programmes Manager within the International, Engagement & Service unit, situated in the President and Principal’s Office.
Holly is co-chair of King’s Cultural Competency Co-Creation Steering Group, which offers a platform for staff and students to collaborate on creating cultural competency programmes across the university.
Holly also manages the Cultural Competency Advisory Board, co-chaired by Professor ‘Funmi Olonisakin, VP International, Engagement & Service, and Professor Marion Thain, Executive Director of the Faculty of Arts & Humanities.
Holly has in-depth knowledge of King’s, having spent time in operational and change roles. She has led operational teams across multiple sites and complex transformation at scale, including work on operating models, restructures and reconfigurations.
Prior to joining the President and Principal’s Office she spent time in the Strategy, Planning & Analytics directorate.
