Guillermo Rodríguez-Guzmán is the Director of Evidence and Data at Director of Evidence and Data at Centre for Homelessness Impact. He oversees research programme, spanning the development of evidence tools, primary studies, syntheses, and other data projects.

He joined CHI from the Education Endowment Foundation, where over two and a half years he commissioned and managed over 45 impact evaluations in education in England, mostly using randomised controlled trials but also quasi-experimental designs. Prior to this, Guillermo worked as an economist and quantitative researcher for CAF, the Latin American Development Bank, OECD, and Lambeth London Borough Council.
