Biography
Giuseppe Di Luccia coordinates outreach and investigation efforts on counter-proliferation financing of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) at the Centre for Science & Security Studies (CSSS).
Giuseppe gained experience both in the private and in the public sectors. Before joining the CSSS, he worked for a law firm as international sanctions and export control specialist. Previously, Giuseppe worked for VERTIC on the national implementation of international treaties on WMD disarmament and nonproliferation, and for the CCSDD on constitutional studies. He also gained experience in international organisations, namely the OPCW, the NATO and the OSCE.
Giuseppe gained a Single Cycle degree in Law, cum laude, from the University of Naples ‘Federico II’. Also, he holds a MA in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University SAIS. He completed a postgraduate specialising course in Diplomatic Studies at the Italian Society for International Organisation and, the 2021 Visiting Fellows Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.
