Biography
Gillian is an alumna of King’s College London, where she completed her Master’s in Education Management. Her dissertation, "Money Out, Money In: Assessing the Benefits of Universities Investing in Alumni Relations to Sustain Financial Stability Long Term," reflects her passion for fostering meaningful connections within academic communities.
Prior to joining King’s Business School, Gillian gained extensive experience in alumni and stakeholder engagement. She worked at the Africa Oxford Initiative, based at the University of Oxford, before moving to the Programme for African Leadership at LSE, part of their Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa.
Gillian later relocated to Ghana, where she served as the Alumni Relations Officer at Ashesi University, building strong networks within the institution. She returned to England in November 2024 and now works as part of the team responsible for alumni and stakeholder engagement at King’s Business School.
In her current role, Gillian connects mid-career Business School alumni and external stakeholders to the School’s programmes, coordinates volunteering and speaking opportunities, and supports the logistics of the Executive Fellows network.
