Biography
Ewan is a PhD student in the Experimental Particle & Astroparticle Physics group. His research centers on neutrino oscillation analysis at the T2K collaboration as well as simulation studies of the design of the outer detector (OD) for the upcoming Hyper Kamiokande experiment. Ewan graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2019 with an MSc in Theoretical Physics. While there, he completed his master's thesis on the topic of using machine learning for particle track reconstruction at ATLAS.
