Biography
Engin is an ESRC funded student investigating the comorbidity between OCD and schizophrenia. She is co-supervised by Professor Ted Barker and Professor Robert Plomin.
Engin undertook an internship at the Developmental Psychopathology Lab at KCL where she investigated the psychosocial risk factors for OCD. She also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cambridge on a project looking at the neuropsychological mechanisms of checking behaviour in patients with OCD and schizophrenia.
Engin holds an MSc in Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology with Distinction from SGDP, King’s College London.
