Elora supports the Centre for Science & Security Studies (CSSS), including aspects of business functions such as finance, procurement, human resources and space management. Additionally, she assists with the logistical aspects of organising professional development courses, workshops, conferences in the UK and abroad, internal seminars, meetings and online events.

Elora holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a postgraduate master's in Events & Experience Management.

She joined CSSS in 2024 in a secondment role, previously serving as an Event Coordinator for the King's Venues events team.
