Eleri has specialised in kidney nursing since qualifying in 2000 and is a Nurse Consultant at King's College Hospital, London. She works clinically in early and advanced CKD, where her focus is supporting people with kidney disease to take control of their health and maximise their quality of life. She regularly teaches and supports renal professionals to develop their skills in personalised care and shared decision making. She is also an expert and national leader in patient-to-patient peer support.
