Biography
Eleanor joins the Policy Institute from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, where they were the Research and Enterprise Manager, leading on pre and post-award activity on both internal and external projects, strategic planning for the growth and development of the research portfolio, and management of enterprise activities of the school. Eleanor has particular experience managing UKRI and Horizon projects from project conception to project reconciliation, with a focus on impact and collaboration, and coordinating REF submissions. Previous to their work on research projects, they worked in Further Education coordinating Erasmus+ projects.
Eleanor has an LLB from the London School of Economics, with a focus and interest on Human Rights Law, Medical Law, Intellectual Property Law and Policy. Outside of work, Eleanor is a musician, a vocalist in a band, enjoys attending music festivals and advocating for disabled and LGBTQ+ rights.
