Biography
Dr Kelly is on the Senior Management Team of the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce in the Policy Institute at King's. She is Head of Economics Research at the Health Foundation and a Senior Research Economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies.
