Biography
Dushy Pillai is a PhD Candidate in the Department of War Studies. She holds an MA in Human Rights from University College London and received her honors undergraduate degree from the University of Birmingham. Prior to commencing her PhD Dushy worked in international development for 20 years in Asia and Africa, often in post-conflict settings. Dushy is a member of the War Crimes Research Group and Society, Culture and Law theme.
Dushy is also a fully qualified chartered accountant and works as a consultant with INGOS.
