Donna Niccolls is the Head of Departmental Operations in the Department of Informatics, King's College London. Donna is responsible for the leadership and management of department operations to ensure a high quality, professional administrative service and the efficient day-to-day running of the Department of Mathematics. Her role includes:

• Working closely with the Head of Department
• Leading and managing the professional services team
• Developing strategies and initiatives to improve support to Head of Department, academic staff and students
• Ensuring a robust department level infrastructure for teaching and research
• Providing advice and assistance to ensure effective completion and compliance with regulations and policy
• Human resources
• Finance
