Christine is responsible for overseeing an institutional communications strategy and framework for Strategy 2026, ensuring an aligned approach to embedded communications across King’s.

She is also responsible for reputation measurement and service performance, strategic project communications and channel strategy. Christine's remit further includes building communications capability and capacity within the wider King’s communications community.

Christine has over 25 years’ experience in communications across broadcasting, local government, higher education, and the private sector. A part-time academic, Christine combines her professional role with a part-time research affiliate position at Birkbeck, University of London. She holds a PhD in the impact of age stereotypes on older professionals in the digital technology sector and is passionate about the value of universities and the changing landscape of higher education.
