Christel has been a member of the Department of Twin Research since 1994 and has been involved with the Research Grants, HR and Finance Management of the Department of Twin Research over the past 15 years and is also an active member of the TwinsUK Research Executive Committee. Christel is responsible for budgeting all new research projects, managing the department's grants portfolio both pre and post award including all collaboration agreements, SLAs, MTAs. She is also responsible for managing HR and Finance within the department including completion of SRAFs, contract renewals, procurement processes and approval of all POs, expense claims and invoices.
