Cecile Ajinça

Biography
Cecile has a BA in Education from Middlesex University (UK) and in 2019, she graduated with an MA in English Translation, Literature & Culture from Sorbonne University (France).
She also studied Chinese Mandarin at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, when she lived in China, and is looking to continue improving her linguistic skills with her colleagues at the King’s Language Centre.
Cecile has worked in Education internationally for over 12 years, creating e-learning resources for schools or Edtech companies, and analysing data to improve learning outcomes.
Throughout her career, Cecile has been passionate about leveraging digital platforms and tools to advance teaching and learning, with a strong emphasis on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Cecile enjoys traveling to explore new languages and immerse herself in different cultures. She is also very fond of international music and is a member of a Caribbean Steelband group.
Cecile serves as an ambassador for UN Women and GTA Black Women in Tech, enabling her to engage in various events aiming at empowering others.
