Biography
I began my PhD at King’s College London in October 2021. I have a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Glasgow and a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Toronto. I have a PGCE from Jordanhill College, University of Strathclyde and taught high school English for 15 years. I also have a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies, and have had two personal essays published in the Globe and Mail.
My current research examines the reception history of Shakespeare's “Dark Lady” Sonnets from an intersectional perspective of class, gender, race, and sexuality.
