Biography

Carol Kan is a Clinical Lecturer in Eating Disorders at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King's College London.

Dr Kan graduated in medicine from University of Cambridge and Imperial College London. After completing her core psychiatric training at South London & Maudsley Trust, she was a BRC preparatory clinical fellow and then a Novo Nordisk UK Research Foundation clinical research fellow at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience.

Her academic interests include genetic epidemiology, predictive modelling, psychedelics, depression, disordered eating and their relationships to physical health.
