Biography

Arral is a qualified personal trainer who always promotes positive energy and good vibes. His sporting journey began at 14 years old when he began playing Rugby League for the Greenwich Admirals. After a serious knee injury, Arral's passion for sport progressed to him becoming qualified in the fitness industry.

His liveliness and get up and go motto in life has led him to lead dynamic and energetic RIDE classes. No matter whether you are beginner or expert, you will experience an encouraging and challenging atmosphere throughout. With group exercise being his speciality, Arral loves motivating and inspiring people daily.

Arral really takes pride and enjoyment in seeing people becoming fitter, healthier, transforming their bodies and becoming the best version of themselves. Arral has high aspirations in becoming a yoga instructor one day in order to help members achieve a peaceful mind and heart.
