Biography

Anna Chapman is a Programme Manager in the Department of Physics, King's College London. In this role she provides administrative support across all Physics Undergraduate and Postgraduate taught programmes.

 

Duties include:

  • Managing and supporting the Senior Programmes Officer and Programmes Officers in the Education Team
  • Ensuring the Education Team are trained and informed of all policies and guidelines for efficient service delivery
  • Provision of administrative processes for all teaching and assessment tasks
  • Ensuring all programme administration is completed in keeping with College regulations and guidelines
  • Management and co-ordination of undergraduate and postgraduate assessment within the student lifecycle
  • Contributing to and engaging with the Department’s student experience initiatives
  • Supporting teaching and learning objectives by assisting the Head of Education with programme approval, quality assurance and accreditation
