Biography
I am a Lecturer Practitioner for Kings College London and a Nurse Consultant for Children and Adolescent Mental Health at CNWL NHS Foundation Trust. I have been qualified for 24 years and have worked in a variety of roles within Children and Adult Mental Health. I have an MSc in Clinical Leadership and I’m trained in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Individual and group Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Psychosocial Interventions for Psychosis and Triple P Parenting. I teach CAMHS assessment and treatment modules for post-graduation diploma and masters level students at the University. At CNWL I am part of the senior management team of CAMHS and Eating Disorders and provide clinical expertise and advice in the development and management of services. I am the Head of the Nursing team within CAMHS and is responsible for the development of the high number of Nurses within the children and adolescent service.
