Amelia Hemmings
Research Worker - EDIFY
Biography
Amelia is a research assistant in the Eating Disorders Research Group at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King’s College London, working on Work Stream 5 of EDIFY.
Prior to joining as a research worker in 2021, Amelia completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Exeter (2017-2020), and her master’s degree in Forensic Mental Health Research at KCL (2020-2021).

Centre for Research in Eating And Weight Disorders (CREW)
The Centre for Research in Eating And Weight Disorders aims to find out more about the neurobiological, genetic and psychological causes and consequences of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and other eating disorders, and to use that knowledge to develop new and better treatments.
EDIFY
EDIFY is a four-year programme of research focused on how we understand and treat eating disorders in young people.
