Senior Executive Assistant to the Policy Institute Director

Biography

Amanda is the Senior Executive Assistant to the Policy Institute's Director Professor Bobby Duffy.

Prior to the Policy Institute, Amanda has worked as Executive Assistant to the Director of Wellcome Collection, a free museum and library exploring health and human experience. She also worked on the V&A East project supporting the Chief Curator and curatorial team in the development of two new museums in Stratford. She has previously worked in the Higher Education sector at the Courtauld Institute of Art, as PA to Director of Dance at Trinity Laban and in the marketing team at the Guildhall School.

Amanda holds an MA in Public Histories from Birkbeck, University of London and a BA (Hons) in German and History from University of Leeds. Outside of work, Amanda is a cellist in Bromley Symphony Orchestra and is passionate about animal welfare; she used to volunteer at Celia Hammond Animal Trust and has three rescue cats.
