Biography
Adriano has been involved with sport from a very young age; he grew up playing football as a prospect in the game through his teenage years and later on decided to pursue a career in fitness after carrying his passion for health and sport. He aims to encourage athletes to take part in different forms of training and better themselves in the sport they compete in and help promote a long career.
Adriano enjoys training in the gym consistently every week; he has studied the German Language and mental health in sport, as well as being a Personal Trainer.
