Use your voice to shape King's Sustainability projects

We are looking for people to help us develop some game-changing new projects.

If you are keen to make your time at King’s count for the planet, then our ongoing Listening Campaign is an ideal way for you to touch base with our Sustainability Team.

We are looking for people who are passionate about correcting social inequalities and halting the climate crisis to help us develop some game-changing new projects.

We want to make sure that students’ ideas feed into our sustainability initiatives. By getting involved in our Listening Campaign, your voices will not only be heard, but will play a key role in King’s sustainability efforts.

We want to hear your thoughts and suggestions about several new projects, which include a KEATS module centred around living more sustainably, King’s Climate Action Strategy, efforts to encourage more diversity within the sustainability sector and the project to pedestrianise the Strand Aldwych area.

To get involved, sign up for a 1:1 online call with trained students and staff before 9 July.

Trying new sustainable actions can sometimes feel like a lonely road, but this Campaign will help you to connect with others who are also passionate about making a difference

Emma Lowe, Sustainability Assistant

The calls will take place until 23 July and will give you a chance to share your views about King’s sustainability projects, and to talk to someone who is equally keen to help King’s make a significant impact in the sustainability field.

As someone who is currently discovering the wealth of sustainability projects at King’s, I have really enjoyed speaking with like-minded people in helping to shape this Listening Campaign.

Trying new sustainable actions can sometimes feel like a lonely road, but this Campaign will help you to connect with others who are also passionate about making a difference.

And, to make sure you are rewarded for your efforts, every student who registers for a call will be entered into a prize draw.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
