For four consecutive years, Professor Irene Higginson, Professor of Palliative Care and Policy has been named as a Highly Cited Researcher for her contribution across scientific fields in the 2024 Highly Cited Researchers List from Clarivate.

This annual list identifies influential researchers across the world who have demonstrated significant and broad influence, reflected through their publication of multiple papers frequently cited by their peers during the last decade.
