Awards for King's Construction Law students and graduates
MSc students and graduates at the Centre of Construction Law were awarded prizes at a meeting hosted by the Society of Construction Law.

David Sawtell won The Society of Construction Law prize for best overall graduate and for joint best dissertation on the subject of 'Unjust enrichment for a Quantum Meruit in construction disputes, where there is an anticipated, repudiated or varied contract.'
He shared this prize with fellow King’s student Richard Harvey, whose dissertation is entitled 'Good faith & procurement: Analogous means to achieve legal certainty?'
David also won the King's College Construction Law Association prize for best second year exam results.
Elsewhere:
- Omar Jassam won the Society of Construction Law prize for best performance in Module A examinations
- Grzegorz Grzeszczyk won the Bickerdike Allen prize for best performance in Module AL examination
The award ceremony took place at the National Liberal Club on Tuesday 6 February 2018.
