To mark OD's Staff wellbeing month we're hosting a series of in-person and online events to help your wellbeing. 

In this workshop, we will explore what we mean by mindfulness, and what the purpose of practicing it may be. To give you a taster of it, we will do some meditation under guidance. Finally, we will consider how you can introduce some mindfulness into your daily life. 

This event is open to both King's Staff & Students.
