Meeting Point: tbc

Join the Chaplaincy on a trip to Cambridge - the famous university city, where the university was founded in 1209, it is the second oldest university in the UK. The city's origins go back to Roman times in the First century AD.

Join us on a walking tour through beautiful Cambridge and along the Backs with a Cambridge alumnus to give a more personal view of the ins and outs of Cambridge life. Admire the beautiful architecture, stroll along the river Cam and perhaps try a famous Chelsea bun at Fitzbillies.

We will travel from London to Cambridge by train and will do a fair bit of walking, so we recommend that you wear some comfy walking shoes.

More details to follow soon...

All are welcome - to register for this trip (places are limited) please email annelie.1.hoffmeister@kcl.ac.uk.  You are expected to pay for your own train tickets, and recommend that you book your tickets in advance only once your place is confirmed. You are expected to pay for your own refreshments - there will be a lunch break and Cambridge is well supplied with reasonably-priced places to eat.
