This year’s theme is 'Community'. Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing. Get involved by finding and sharing your moments for movement this Mental Health Awareness Week.

Why not try one of our BeActive sessions? The weekly timetable has yoga, dance, tennis, badminton, pickleball, football and football, and much more. There is something for everyone, and don't worry if you're new to any of these activities; no previous experience is needed.

King’s Move is an app that rewards you for being active. Whether you’re walking, running, cycling or swimming you can earn points just for being active.

Les Mills+ KEATS Page

Through partnership with fitness provider Les Mills, we can offer several different classes ranging from meditation to HIIT for free for all in the King's Community. 

All are free and available at a time that suits you. Content will be updated regularly to keep your online workouts exciting and fresh.
