PROFILE

Dr Arron Mungul is a Senior Medical Affairs professional with diverse global experience. Founder of Apogee Life Sciences, a boutique medical affairs consultancy and scientific communications agency.

He was formerly, Medical Capabilities Lead for Global/Major Markets, supporting content development, publications, medical information to aid execution of local Medical Affairs plans across the entire BMS portfolio. Experienced people manager, led an international team of +20 people.

He has significant experience designing and building new internal capabilities (e.g. medical communications). Previously, Global Medical Affairs Markets Lead for Immuno-Oncology for European, Australia, Canada and Emerging Markets.

Key responsibilities included acting as a medical interface between Global and the markets; representation of markets (in strategy development, clinical trials/ISRs); ensuring launch readiness/optimisation; working with Development, Commercial and Market Access to ensure affiliate medical alignment integration into the broader R&D, medical and access activities/plans.

Dr Mungul has worked for prestigious companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis and GSK.
