To coincide with the visit from the senior administrators of Nepal Health Research Council, we are hosting a Nepal Study Day on 28 April 11.30 AM to 1.30 PM.

This will take place in Dinwoodie 1&2, Cicely Saunders Institute. A light lunch will be provided.

The primary objective is to facilitate networking. We also invite opportunity to present a 5-minute pitch of your current or past work associated with Nepal. While the focus is global health, projects focused on wider determinants of health and wellbeing (e.g. conflict studies, high altitude medicine) are welcome. Depending on the volunteers, we could time presentations differently. Please kindly get back to Professor Vibhu Paudyal Vibhu.paudyal@kcl.ac.uk if you would like to volunteer.

It is aimed that this will provide an opportunity to network. Nepal is an ODA eligible country and plenty of grant opportunities exist through the likes of BA, Wellcome and MRC.
