Researchers in the School of Mental Health & Psychological Sciences at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience invite people with periods aged 18-45 for a group discussion about menstruation, hormonal contraception and mental health.

The discussion will be led by Dr Kitty Jones and Dr Helena Zavos, who will also share some of their initial research findings. This is a safe space to have an open, confidential discussion about lived experiences.

There will be a live illustrator at the event to capture the conversation. All attendees will receive a £20 voucher.
