Dancing is good for your physical and mental health. It can boost energy, decrease tension, and make you more creative in all areas of life. This fun, beginner’s workshop, run by one of the UK’s leading dance companies, will introduce you to contemporary dance for wellbeing and get you moving.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in.
Rambert
Rambert is an internationally renowned touring contemporary dance company based on the South Bank, London. They are Britain’s oldest dance company and beside their diverse national and international programming they deliver workshops in schools, colleges and community centres and work with healthcare providers to look at the positive links between dance and health.
