In this fun and lively session, London Fine Art Studios will introduce you to the fundamentals of drawing: proportion, volume, gesture, values and edges. Using charcoal and working from a life model the tutor will draw alongside you and guide you through each step, providing feedback on your work to help you progress. Open to staff and students of all abilities and none.

Creative writing can help you process emotions and reflect. This can reduce stress by decluttering the mind and increasing focus.
