Would you like to connect with a fellow member of King’s global community? Would you like to share your memories of King’s or swap career insights with a fellow alum? Would you like to grow your network or just meet someone new?

King’s College London’s Let’s Chat: Connection initiative is a unique opportunity to make a new connection with a member of the King’s alumni community across the world. It’s fast, it’s relaxed and it’s rewarding.

Everyone taking part will be randomly matched with a fellow alum or student for a one-off online conversation. This is a fantastic chance to grow your network, share career insights, or swap experiences of life at and after King’s.

Next steps

  • Complete your registration here before Sunday 20 April to take part.
  • Once you have registered, we will follow up with details of your match by Friday 25 April.
  • You will then be able to connect with your match and find a suitable time for you both to have your rewarding conversation online between 25 April and 25 May 2025.

Let's Chat: Connection FAQs

How will you match Let's Chat participants?

We'll match participants randomly, so you could be matched with an alum or student from any faculty, country, age or background represented in King's diverse global community.

When should I have my call with my Let's Chat partner?

We ask that you have your online call with your partner during the month of the initiative between Friday 25 April and Sunday 25 May. You can arrange the time for whenever it best suits you and your Let's Chat partner and use any online video calling platform, like Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, etc.

Alumni details will be passed onto the Alumni Relations team, who will hold your details to personalise your alumni supporter experience.
