To mark University Mental Health Day we are collaborating with Wellness Coach Stefana for a week of events to help you find out how you can incorporate wellness into your lifestyle. All our events are free and open to all in the King's Community.

We all know that meditation is good for us, but what is it about meditation that makes it so effective?

In this workshop, we look at the physical and spiritual benefits of meditation, different ways you can meditate and how you can start creating your own personal meditation practice.

University Mental Health Day

Thursday 4th March 2021 marks University Mental Health Day, bringing together the university community to make mental health a university-wide priority and create ongoing, year-round change to the future of student mental health.

We understand that this year looks different, and we can't be together physically, but this won't stop us from coming together to create change virtually.

Now more than ever, it's important to get the nation talking about student mental health.
