The popular National conference: ‘Developing Your Portfolio’, Exhibition and Awards returns online and In person on Saturday 1 March 2025, at Old Trafford, Manchester.

We are delighted to invite you to share and attend the highly anticipated Developing Your Portfolio (DYP) 2025 Conference, an event designed to inspire and support doctors and healthcare professionals at all stages (including resident, LED, SAS, GP and Consultants) as they explore the diverse range of career opportunities.

Supported by the GMC, The DYP Conference is a carefully curated event connecting participants with industry experts, mentors, and like-minded professionals.

Call for Abstracts & National Awards

During the 2025 event, there will be plentiful opportunities to present research via oral and poster presentations on the conference themes. We will be taking submissions from 7th December 2024 until January 20th 2025, with numerous award categories up for grabs, including:

• Best Oral Presentation
• Best Poster Presentation
• The Organisers’ Choice Award
• Best Speaker

National Award Nominations
Additionally, we will recognise individuals who have been leading in their field and organisations supporting their workforce. Information regarding nominations will be shared on the 7th December.

King’s College London Alumni Manchester Network Launch

The King's College London Alumni Association are delighted to announce the launch of the King’s Alumni Manchester Network at an exclusive Reception being held at Trafford Suite, Manchester United Football Club on Saturday 1st March 2025.

The Reception includes a 2 course meal, talks and networking. It is open to all current and former King’s students and staff across disciplines.

This marks the first step of the association in engaging with interdisciplinary King’s College London and Guy’s, King’s College and St. Thomas’ Alumni across the North West of England and beyond.
