Join us for The Art of Maths, a special event exploring the inter-connected relationship between mathematics and art, to celebrate the opening of It All Adds Up: Global Discoveries in Maths.

You’ll hear from Dr John Armstrong (reader in Financial Mathematics and lead King's academic for It All Adds Up: Global Discoveries in Maths), Zarah Hussain (artist and collaborator for It All Adds Up) and Professor Chris Budd, OBE, (Professor of Applied Mathematics, University of Bath).

After this discussion, there'll be an opportunity to visit It All Adds Up and explore creative works and interactive elements conceived and co-curated by Artist Zarah Hussain with academics and students from King’s Maths department.

4.45pm - Arrivals and Registration

The Arcade, Bush House, Strand, WC2B 4PJ

External guests, will be required to sign at The Arcade which is accessible via the main entrance to Bush House from the Strand Aldwych side. Once registered, guests will then be directed to Lecture Theatre 2 on the Fourth Floor of Bush House.

5pm - The Art of Maths Discussion

The Arcade, Bush House

Attendees will be invited to visit It All Adds Up and explore the creative works and interactive elements conceived and co-curated by Artist Zarah Hussain with academics and students from King’s Maths department.
